An Inspector of Police (IP) and a Constable
have been arrested by the Colombo Crimes Division (CCD) at Piliyandala while in possession of over 01 kilogram of heroin, police said.
The two arrested police officers are reportedly attached to the Moratuwa Special Task Force (STF) Camp.
Police further said that the seized haul of heroin, weighing approximately 01 kg and 53 grams, is estimated to be worth over Rs. 10 million.
